  I love this publix. I went into the produce fruit section and saw some kale chips I liked but there were two different flavors but the package wasn't clear on the difference. So I asked an associate to help me, and two other associates came to join out baffled group to help me figure out the difference I'm the flavors lol. We finally realized one of the flavors had added garlic and one didn't. I really appreciate the time they took to help me, they were all friendly and I walkes away with a smile. The employees in this place would go out of their way to help you. I love coming here. I pass a Walmart, 2 winn-dixies & another publix just to shop here. I always have pleasant experiences.

  Most of the staff is quite friendly and helpful. The store is clean and good looking all round and the products are well organized. Also, the food from the deli is really good!

  The bakery department is rude and unprofessional. I came to order a fondant cake for a baby shower. The cake decorator said it was too expensive and tried to convince me to order a buttercream cake instead. I don't know if she assumed I couldn't afford it or if she doesn't know how to work with fondant. Either way she didn't seem interested in helping me. Later, another employee from the bakery department told me he wouldn't deliver it to where I needed it because it was too far. I explained that online it states they will deliver up to 30 miles for $40 and my destination was only 12 miles away. He flat out told me he wouldn't do it.
  I had to speak to the manager who assured me in front of his employee that the cake could and would be delivered where I needed it. He rudely responded, "oh yea? And who's gonna take it?".
  I understood then that if he didn't know how to respect his boss, how could he possibly know how to provide decent customer service. In the end, I decided not to place the order. Customer service is just as important if not more important than the quality of the product you sell.
